Catalogs
Catalogs are the top-level grouping for your packages in Billmora. They act as categories that organize your offerings so clients can easily browse and find what they need.
Using Catalogs, you can separate your products into distinct groups — for example, Web Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Software Licenses.
Creating a New Catalog
To create a new Catalog, navigate to the Catalogs menu in your administration panel, then click the add button. You will be asked to fill in some basic information:
Field Glossary
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Enter the name of the product catalog. This will be publicly visible to your clients. |
| Slug | Enter a unique URL-friendly identifier for this catalog. It will be used in product URLs. |
| Description | Provide a brief description of the catalog. Use this to provide context to clients about what products are inside this category. |
| Icon | Choose an icon file to represent the catalog visually. |
| Status | Set the status of the catalog to visible or hidden. Hidden catalogs will not appear on the main client ordering page, which is useful for private links. |
Best Practices
- Use Engaging Descriptions: The Catalog description is often the first thing clients read before seeing the product list.
- Group Logically: Don't put too many different types of services in one Catalog. If you sell Hosting and SEO Services, create two separate Catalogs.
